Nature of the Service
Cass County Released Inmates is a private reference resource with no affiliation to the Cass County Sheriff’s Office, Belton Police Department, Missouri Department of Corrections, a court, jail, or government body. It provides links and explanatory material but does not issue official records.
Acceptable Use
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape it in a way that burdens the service, impersonate another person, or use information to threaten, harass, discriminate against, or harm anyone.
Fair Credit Reporting Act
The site is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the FCRA. Content and linked search results may not be used to decide credit, employment, insurance, housing, tenant screening, or any other matter covered by that law.
Outside Links and Tools
Links to sheriff, court, corrections, federal, notification, or commercial services are offered for convenience. They are not endorsements. Outside operators set their own terms, prices, privacy practices, and content, and we do not control them.

Missouri Law
These terms are governed by Missouri law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Missouri’s Sunshine Law governs public records held by government offices, not records supposedly held by this private site.
Severability and Questions
